We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Community Forensic Team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the team's engagement with stakeholders, including staff, service users, carers, and other agencies.
  • Provide statutory Adult Social Care and Care Management functions, including assessment, care planning, and reviewing.
  • Liaise with statutory and non-statutory agencies to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements
  • BSC, BA, MA, or equivalent in Social Work, with registration with Social Work England.
  • Training to level 3 in Safeguarding children and young people: roles and competencies for Health Care staff.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team, with a focus on community structures and social care management responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles in Mental Health and strengths-based Social Work Practice.
