Automotive Repair Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a high level of expertise in mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs to join our busy workshop in Hinckley.
As the UK's largest repair group, we offer an exciting opportunity for a talented MET Technician to capitalize on significant bonus potential. Our workshop completes over 1000 repairs annually, ensuring a steady stream of work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform complex repairs on vehicles.
- Maintain exceptionally high-quality standards.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this role is £18 to £20 per hour basic, plus uncapped monthly bonus schemes and a guaranteed average bonus when you're on holiday. You'll also receive a £5,000 'Golden Hello' scheme and enjoy fantastic benefits including free life assurance, exclusive colleague-only vehicle-leasing schemes, and more.
Requirements:
Ideal qualifications include City & Guilds Level 3 / ATA (IMI) and experience in mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs. A full UK/EU driving license is also required.
