About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to collaborate with other governors and school leaders in shaping the strategic direction of our school. As a School Governor, you will play a crucial role in decision-making, strategic planning, and providing support and challenge to the school's leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend regular meetings and contribute to discussions on school policies and priorities.
  • Help establish the vision and ethos of the school, ensuring it reflects the needs of our community.
  • Monitor the school's performance and hold leaders accountable for educational outcomes.
  • Support budgetary decisions and resource allocation.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the local community, to gather insights and feedback.
