As a Personalised Care Coordinator, you will work closely with our Extra Care Schemes to support vulnerable individuals in living safely and independently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives.

You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring clients' needs are met and their human rights respected.

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Experience in social care is beneficial but not essential. What's more important is your attitude, passion, and values.

You'll receive comprehensive training and be supported by our dedicated team.

Working Arrangements

Shifts will be split between weekdays (14:30-21:00) and weekends (07:00-21:00), with long day shifts available and an hour-long break.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and rewards of this role.
