We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at Farringford Court in Lymington, Hampshire. As a senior member of our staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating the delivery of care and support services, managing a team of care assistants, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless care provision. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, monitoring resident well-being, and identifying areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the needs of older people and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
