About Us:
We provide exceptional education and care for children and young adults with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities, and health needs in Lewes.
The Role:
As our Service Manager, you will lead our residential services, ensuring every young person receives outstanding support and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of Children's Home bungalows, meeting OFSTED standards.
- Act as Registered Manager and Safeguarding Lead for designated bungalows, prioritising safety and well-being.
- Develop and supervise the operational delivery team, promoting high performance and excellent care.
- Evaluate and implement effective systems and processes to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care plans and safeguarding protocols.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Substantial experience in managing residential services, preferably in children or specialist care settings.
- In-depth knowledge of OFSTED standards and expectations.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with ability to drive results and develop staff.
- Desirable: experience as Registered Manager and/or Safeguarding Lead.
- Superior communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (Level 5 or equivalent).
Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
