Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Metadata Management Lead to join our client's team. This role involves overseeing metadata management, data quality metrics and rules, and ensuring seamless data sharing and access for Transaction Data.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify critical data elements and develop strategies for effective data management.
  2. Maintain and update Business Glossary content for Transaction Data Domains, leveraging input from data stakeholders and aligning with governance frameworks.
  3. Leverage data governance practices (Metadata, Data Quality, and Data Access Management) to enhance data quality and integrity.
  4. Develop and implement data management procedures and processes, working closely with governance bodies (Data Governance Working Groups and Data Governance Council).
  5. Promote data literacy and awareness across the organization, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • Strong background in data governance, with at least 3 years of experience in Capital Markets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies, such as Data Catalog and Data Quality.
Compensation
