Sales Development Manager for UK

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Manager for the UK & Ireland market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the commercial buildings sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales environments. You will be able to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to negotiate complex deals and build trust with customers.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives
