Business Development Manager

BMS Performance is a leading manufacturer of automotive garage equipment, with a reputation for producing high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
We are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the southeast of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of automotive equipment with a focus on battery charging and welding machines.
The role involves:
- Selling automotive equipment to customers in the southeast of England
- Building relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities
- Working closely with the sales team to promote and sell products over competitor brands
Key requirements include:
- B2B field sales experience
- Energetic and engaging, really enjoys selling face-2-face
- Driving licence
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus £9k - £14k commission, uncapped and paid monthly. Additional benefits include:
- Tesla Y company car
- £1,200 towards home car charging point installation
- 6% company pension contribution and healthcare cash plan
- 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
