Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales and lettings reservations across multiple sites within the region.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract lasting 18 months based on a 37.5 hour week working Tuesday to Saturday. You will work closely with our Sales Managers and dedicated Sales Progression & Marketing teams as well as other departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales and lettings reservations across multiple sites
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Progression & Marketing teams
  • Routine weekend work to facilitate launch events and customer viewings
  • Meet sales targets and deliver sales budget
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expert knowledge of intermediate and private sales products and lettings process
  • Understanding of shared ownership and outright property sales
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Previous experience in sales and lettings capacity
