About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Residential New Build Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the residential new build market. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow our business in the residential new build market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developer clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their business and improve their customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the residential new build market, including current trends and challenges.
