## Workshop Manager Opportunity

### Overview

Our client, a developer of bespoke electric vehicle drivetrains, is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead production across a 20,000-square-foot facility. The successful candidate will oversee the manufacture and assembly of subsystems, lead a team of technicians, and manage the mechanical and electrical workshops.

### Key Responsibilities

* Organize and project manage the production of battery boxes, steering assemblies, chassis, and transmissions
* Lead a team of electrical and mechanical technicians in bespoke vehicle conversions
* Manage the mechanical and electrical workshops, ensuring quality control and production schedules

### Requirements

* Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with vehicle mechanics, preferably with classic cars or one-off bespoke builds
* Demonstrated ability to plan production schedules, monitor progress, and ensure quality control
