Business Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Services Coordinator to join our team in Tadworth. As an Office & Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including responding to incoming calls and emails, and managing post and correspondence.
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements for staff members.
- Assisting with daily office tasks, including purchasing supplies and ensuring the office is running smoothly.
