The Association of British and Irish Wild Animal Keepers is seeking a skilled Wildlife Care Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and daily delivery of husbandry for animals across all sections, working closely with the Head Keeper and Animal Collection Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in the care and management of a varied range of taxa in a zoological setting, and be qualified to at least DMZAA level or equivalent. They will be hard working and conscientious with excellent observation skills, and able to uphold high standards of animal husbandry and welfare.

The successful candidate will also have experience delivering good customer service and enjoy communicating with the zoo's visitors. They will be able to work alone or as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. The ability to use Species360 is a plus.
