About the Role

At Voyage Care, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team in Hull. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. Your primary responsibility will be to help them gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and support the people we care for in developing new life skills.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities, socialise and engage in various activities.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the people we care for and their families.
