Complex Needs Coordinator

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum + car allowance
We are seeking a Complex Needs Coordinator to oversee teams providing support in single-tenancy properties in the North West region.
The individuals we support have complex needs, including acquired brain injury and mental health diagnoses. As a Complex Needs Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of Support Workers at each service, coaching and mentoring them to deliver exceptional support and intervention, enabling those we support to live their best lives.
You must ensure the health and well-being of your teams, demonstrating the ability to recruit and retain high-performing team members. Embed a positive work-life balance culture and implement a minimum six-week rolling rota in each service.
You will be accountable for the financial stability of your portfolio and all aspects of budget expenditure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, supportive line management to approximately 20 Support Workers.
- Utilise data, research, and innovation to identify opportunities for performance improvement and service delivery.
- E nsure each service consistently delivers outstanding support to individuals in accordance with the commissioned contract.
- Conduct regular reviews of each person's support through robust audits.
- Implement and monitor operational and contractual performance.
- Meet all Key Performance Indicators.
- Embed a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Engage team members in regular supervision and annual appraisals.
- Conduct spot checks at different times of the day and on different days of the week, including weekends.
- Ensure Safeguarding underpins all discussions and actions.
- Previous experience in operations management within the Health and Social Care industry.
- A charismatic leadership style inspiring and motivating, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A person-centred approach to customer service.
- A strong understanding of the issues faced by people with learning disabilities and/or mental health/complex needs, and the required support within the CQC Hospital Directorate Inspection Methodology.
- The ability and willingness to work flexibly, including some night, evening, and weekend shifts.
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a suitable vehicle to attend services regularly.

Induction & Training:
We do not expect you to know everything when you join Gray Healthcare Ltd. We provide an initial week of training, a combination of online training (company induction, systems, and medication) followed by in-person training on PROACT-SCIPr-UK, a PBS approach to least restrictive practice.
You will join the Leadership Development Programme, where a Personal Development Plan will be agreed in conjunction with Leadership Skills Development sessions. Training continues throughout your time with Gray Healthcare Ltd, encouraging you to develop and grow your career with us.
