This will involve centre-based and outreach functions, collaborating with agencies, communities, and staff resources to provide strengths-based responses to people in need.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Social Work/Human Services or similar
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the housing and homelessness sector
What We Offer
