About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in an inpatient mental health unit. As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive patient outcomes
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a caring role within mental health, care homes, or as a home carer
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the issues that contribute to mental health issues and person-centred recovery
Willingness to attend and pass training in physical restraint, enhanced life support, and moving & handling
