We are pleased to be recruiting a highly skilled Finance Administrator for our client in the Blackwood area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company as a full-time employee, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and developing a portfolio of suppliers from whom our client purchases goods and services critical to their operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing staff expenses and credit card expenditures.
  • Supplier payments.
  • Communicating with colleagues to settle queries.
  • Communicating with suppliers.
  • Updating supplier and customer records.
  • Electronic filing.

Main duties include matching purchase invoices with purchase orders, preparing and running BACS payments, reconciling supplier statements, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate filing systems.

This role offers an hourly rate of £13 and requires relevant experience in a similar role (at least 1 year) along with skills such as attention to detail, eagerness to work independently, and proficiency in using software like Sage 50 or Xero.
