Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client's customer base in the transport industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify potential clients and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, actively promoting our client's products and services.
  • Collaborate with Operations Team: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the transport industry.
  • Self-Motivation and Autonomy: Self-motivated and happy to work autonomously.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers.
