ER Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ER Advisor to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As an ER Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to leaders on all aspects of Employee Relations, including performance management, absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to leaders on ER matters, ensuring a high-performance culture within the organization.
  • Escalate complex and high-risk cases to Senior ER Advisers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Work closely with ER Senior Advisers and In-House Legal Counsel on restructures and exits, including settlement agreements.
  • Use effective coaching and questioning techniques to identify opportunities for leader development and resolve issues before they become concerns.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to leaders, providing general guidance and support on ER matters.
  • Carry out reporting requests on HR metrics, including board-level reporting.

We are looking for an experienced ER Advisor who has worked with a high ER caseload and can support leaders at all levels on grievances and disciplinaries. If you have a passion for ER and a proven track record of success, we would love to hear from you.
