Executive Chef Assistant

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Sous Chef, or a Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager seeking to progress in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and safely.
- Oversee food preparation, maintaining high-quality ingredients, and adhering to 5-star kitchen standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage staff, stock, and food safety requirements.
- Develop and implement effective rota scheduling, sales forecasts, and labour management.
- Provide training and recruitment support for kitchen teams, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, and Sous Chefs.
