Executive Team Leader

The Packhorse Inn, renowned for its exceptional rooms and locally sourced cuisine, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the team. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the FOH and BOH teams to achieve high standards of service.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Manage wet stock effectively within the property.
- Drive financial performance by meeting and surpassing financial expectations.
- Cultivate a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring all team members perform to their best abilities.
- Report regularly to the Operations Manager.
- Manage cash effectively.
