Conference Planning Specialist

C&C Search is seeking a talented Conference Planning Specialist to join their team in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing high-profile events, with excellent communication and project management skills.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
Job Overview:
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a wide range of events, from conferences and seminars to client receptions and team-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute high-profile events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event goals with business objectives.
- Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, and AV providers.
- Create captivating event materials, such as invitations, presentations, and signage.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximising ROI.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including registration, seating arrangements, and technical support.
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in an Events position or Project Management role from Professional Services or similar environments.
- Proven ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, eMarketing software, and ideally event registration tools.
- A master of time management with the ability to multi-task effectively.
