As a College Support Worker, you will work directly with students in and around sessions, providing the care and support they need to access their learning. You will be part of a close-knit team that is dedicated to enabling our students to thrive and reach their full potential.

Our students are special school leavers who have ambitious visions for their futures. They require support with their personal care needs, and you will play a vital role in helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.

As a College Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to students with long-term health conditions
  • Assisting students with their daily living needs, such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting students to access their learning and participate in college activities
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, tutors, and health professionals to develop and implement care plans
