**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Partner and Property Accountant to join our Finance team at Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work closely with our Endowment business unit, providing strategic financial guidance and supporting key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Endowment team, working collaboratively to drive mutual understanding and improve financial performance.
  • Provide expert accounting and reporting services, including property rental income and expenditure analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgeting plans aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial data analysis, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage advanced financial modelling and analytics to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple systems.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable success in preparing management information related to property and investment activities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain robust business relationships.
  • Highly numerate with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Access Financials, Analytics, and Office Integration.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic financial acumen.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively within a team environment.
