We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to lead the success of our esteemed pub, The Boot & Shoe, in Lancaster. This vibrant community hub boasts a spacious beer garden and a thriving function suite, complete with its own bar.
The successful candidate will continue to drive sales and profit growth, while fostering strong relationships with the local community. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for managing all aspects of the business, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality food and drink offerings.
