Job Title: Private Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Patient Coordinator to join our team at Spire Cardiff. As a Private Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients to navigate suitable private pathways and treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage in-bound patient enquiries, providing timely and conscientious support to patients from initial enquiry through to booking.
  • Handle own workload effectively, utilizing digital systems such as CRM/Workflow/Pricing to optimize efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with prospective patients, providing information regarding pricing, procedures, consultants, and availability.
  • Manage all patient enquiries, ensuring patient enquiry resolution and working to agreed KPIs with a positive and proactive customer-focused attitude.
  • Provide support and guidance to consultants and their patients, converting warm leads into appointments/sales to meet key performance targets.
  • Take payments for planned diagnostics and treatments, acting as a change champion for new ways of working, including digital tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, utilizing a variety of systems to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Liaise with consultants and medical secretaries on consultant fee information, ensuring these are maintained appropriately in relevant systems.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a confident approach to handling a variety of systems.
  • Experience of working in a similar position, comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment, able to work effectively to a national sales framework.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating an ability to positively lead teams across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrable ability to process data effectively and accurately, the ability to work in a methodical, systematic way.
