Senior Court of Protection Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. As a leading legal recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to work with a highly regarded law firm in Bristol. The firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join their long-established team and work alongside a specialist in the Court of Protection industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making applications to appoint replacement trustees
  • Statutory will, gifting and compromise applications
  • Deputyship Administration
  • Investigating and reinstating the incapacitated person's estate
  • Working with other teams in the firm where the client requires litigation to be undertaken on their behalf
  • Applications for recognition and enforcement
Requirements

The ideal candidate must have strong Court of Protection experience, particularly within elderly care work. In addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers a range of employee benefits to include flexible working, private medical insurance, season ticket loans, and income protection.
