Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Management Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with an established customer portfolio to convert warm leads and enquiries into sales.
- Utilizing an established CRM system to follow up leads
- Developing a sound understanding of a wide range of technology and software solutions (training and support provided)
- Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects
- Proactively following up a sales pipeline to gain a return on investment from marketing activities and a prospect (lapsed) database
- Taking and making calls to warm prospects and existing customers
- Delivering sales against set ranges of realistic KPI's
- Creating quality written communications
