\"THE ROLE

Due to expansion, our client is looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will work with an established customer portfolio to convert a large quantity of warm leads and enquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Utilising an established CRM system to follow up leads
  2. Developing a sound understanding of a wide range of technology and software solutions (training and support provided)
  3. Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects
  4. Proactively following up a sales pipeline to gain a return on investment from marketing activities and a prospect (lapsed) database
  5. Taking and making calls to warm prospects and existing customers
  6. Delivering sales against set range of realistic KPI's
  7. Creating quality written communications
THE CANDIDATE

The successful Internal Sales Executive will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Sales Force or similar)
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role ideally in a sales capacity
  • Confident and quick learner with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desire to succeed and grow in a sales role
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues to a high standard
  • Experience of working within B2B sector
  • Background of achieving targets
