About the Role

We are seeking an experienced contracts specialist to lead a small team of specialists, working closely with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical, commercial, and account management skills, with a proven track record in delivering projects within budget and on time.

The position requires a flexible approach, with a split between office work in Camberley and site visits, including some remote work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialists to deliver high-quality services to key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Produce professional written documentation, including technical reports, surveys, scopes of work, and project programs.
Requirements
  • Experience working in the fire and/or security industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
