Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team at Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for growing a network of candidates and clients, providing a full recruitment service, maintaining our candidate management system, and delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have strong IT and software skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growing your own network of candidates and clients, building relationships and gaining knowledge of the sectors we cover.
  • Providing a full recruitment service, from initial job brief to final placement, with excellent levels of service at every stage.
  • Maintaining our candidate management system, including updating of candidate details and CVs, checking skills, and logging key data.
  • Ddelivering an excellent telephone manner and high levels of customer service.

Possible Salary Range:£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role would also suit a recent engineering graduate looking to develop a new career in recruitment.
