At Mulberry Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Development Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong product management skills and experience in developing brands across multiple countries. If you have a passion for marketing and sales support, as well as excellent presentation skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will work closely with strategic partners to ensure efficient commercial and sales support, while evaluating and recommending new business opportunities to grow sales or margins. They will also be responsible for providing an annual Brand Plan and data for inclusion in the Strategic and Operating Plans of the business.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Brand Development Manager will lead Marketing and advertising promotional planning in entities for the brand(s), deploying Brand(s) related sales enablement and support processes tools for supporting entities' organizations seamlessly in their commercial efforts at recruiting, developing, and retaining customers.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees, including Presales, Technical Support, and Order Processing department, and utilize collected information to identify new opportunities and threats for inclusion in solutions or related portfolio development plans.

With a strong background in product management, ideally certified or trained on solution, the successful candidate will have a good command of English and French (preferable) and excellent presentation skills. They will also be a pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, based on the requirements and qualifications outlined above. This figure may vary depending on location and other factors.
