Job Title: Academic Training Specialist

At Educated Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Training Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual to develop their career in education and make a real difference in the lives of learners.

The role involves delivering classroom-based training programmes to unemployed adults, with a focus on maximising learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification (at least PTLLS Level 3) and experience of working with individuals who require support and guidance. A full UK driving licence or ability to travel across Greater Manchester is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training programmes to groups of up to 12-15 learners
  • Plan and design training programmes that meet the needs of individual learners
  • Provide supportive and flexible approach to learners

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Teaching qualification (at least PTLLS Level 3)
  • IAG Level/Qualification or willingness to undertake training
  • Full UK driving licence or ability to travel across Greater Manchester

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
