Job Title: Bird Health and Welfare Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our poultry production team as a Bird Health and Welfare Coordinator. As part of our Suffolk-based facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our birds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of animal welfare and hygiene within the hatchery, assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, feeding, and monitoring bird health, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve efficient production processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in poultry production.

Salary: £24,000-£27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts Only

Location: Suffolk, IP31 Area

About the Role:
As a Bird Health and Welfare Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our birds, maintaining high standards of animal welfare and hygiene within the hatchery, and assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, feeding, and monitoring bird health. You will also collaborate with colleagues to achieve efficient production processes.
