Business Development Manager

Are you a skilled Business Development professional looking to take your expertise to the next level?

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team at Global Experience Specialists. In this exciting role, you will support the commercial growth of our company within Europe, growing our client and event base, securing new business from exhibition and congress clients across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve set sales targets for new business within Europe at the agreed margins.

Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, identifying potential targets.

Develop proposal templates tailored for the different sectors and business offerings.

Produce personalized proposals for clients and/or respond to RFI's and RFP's.

Produce presentations for pitches and lead those meetings.

Work to increase the scope of work and services we provide to clients.

Take a consultative approach to client development.

Attend networking and marketing events to identify new prospects.
