Sales Development Representative

Search Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow the business within a region through nurturing existing client relationships and maximizing further opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow existing business through upselling and referrals.
- Achieve monthly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Upsell additional products to customers while providing exceptional service.
- Ensure accurate system updates and conversations.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Process orders and follow up with customers.
Requirements:
- Telephone-based sales experience.
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- Ability to remain resilient and achieve desired outcomes.
- Full UK driving license (due to the business location).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work towards common goals.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
