About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at TribePost Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partners to drive revenue growth and expand our global network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted sales and revenue performance for our portfolio of qualification, training, membership, and risk management tools and services.
  • Identify, manage, and grow a key account portfolio, working closely with our Sales Director to manage and grow a network of partners.
  • Generate new business and partnerships through LinkedIn and other channels, leveraging your commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • A proven commercial winner with experience delivering in a high-growth international business.
  • A relationship-focused network manager with excellent verbal and written communication skills, experienced operating at Board level both internally and with clients/prospects.
  • A resilient and tenacious operator who understands the need for positive persistence as a central pillar to achieving business development success at scale.
  • Innovative and strong relationship-building experience, with the ability to network well at all levels – internally and externally.
  • Experience of the professional training and qualifications sector, with a strong understanding of the Financial Services and other regulated sectors.
  • Experience of working across the AML, Financial Crime Prevention, KYC & CDD, Sanctions, Enterprise Wide Risk Management, and GRC landscape.
