We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and innovative team at a pioneering SEN school and college. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of a dynamic team of Therapists, Nurses, and Support Workers, driving exceptional outcomes for all students.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver student-centred care, focusing on the unique needs and development of each student.
- Create safe learning spaces, inspiring and empowering students to reach their full potential.
- Provide personalised learning support, facilitating both 1:1 and group learning activities tailored to individual needs.
- Assist tutors, supporting lesson delivery and tracking student achievements.
- Organise exciting activities, planning engaging outings and day trips.
- Handle administration, ensuring smooth college operations with efficient administrative work.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs, committed to achieving the best outcomes for those they support, and creative and adaptable in their approach. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have a strong ability to track student progression.
