Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a pioneering SEN school and college. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver student-centred care, focusing on the unique needs and development of each student.
- Create safe learning spaces, inspiring and empowering students to reach their full potential.
- Provide personalised learning support, facilitating both 1:1 and group learning activities tailored to individual needs.
- Assist tutors, supporting lesson delivery and tracking student achievements.
- Organise exciting activities, planning engaging outings and day trips.
- Handle administration, ensuring smooth college operations with efficient administrative work.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people, committed to achieving the best outcomes for those they support, and creative and adaptable in their approach. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have a strong ability to track student progress.
