Business Development Executive

Are you a scientific professional with sales experience looking to join a thriving company that offers further training and career development?

This is an exciting opportunity to be autonomous in driving UK sales while working in a tight-knit team on an interesting product range.

The company is a world leader in freeze drying, capital equipment, and consultancy. This role is working within the consultancy arm of the business, selling R&D services. They are looking to grow in the UK and require a motivated salesperson to spearhead this journey.

The role would suit someone with a scientific background. Having good presentation and customer communication skills is also beneficial as the role will be selling into all levels from laboratory manager to CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling R&D services into scientific sectors including food, biotech, and pharma.
  • Customer base across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Office base is in Hampshire, UK location is flexible but travel to the office is expected.

Requirements:

  • Scientific background with experience in clean air equipment.
  • Proven experience in generating new business.
