We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Youth Care Assistant to join our team at Social Care and Education Jobs. As a Youth Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with severe learning disabilities in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting Young People: Provide individualized support to meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Night Shifts: Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure the safety and well-being of the young people.
- Creating a Safe Environment: Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the overall well-being of the young people.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve a positive and supportive team environment.
- An estimated salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
- A range of benefits, including paid DBS Check and funding to complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
