This role involves providing care and support to a child with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and developmental delay in their family home overnight and in the mornings, taking them to school. Shifts will be double ups (two support workers on shift together).

We offer full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to the child
