Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and confident individual to join our team as a Support Worker, providing person-centred support in the vibrant community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, promoting independence, and enhancing the lives of individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care Support: Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, household management, and medication management.
  • Community Engagement: Engage individuals in enjoyable activities, such as swimming, walks, and social events.
  • Support Planning: Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • PVG clearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
