About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ark People Housing Care in Buckie. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support to vulnerable individuals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with supported people, providing individualized care and support.
  • Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
