Compliance and Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Quality Manager to join our team in West Cumbria, working with our client in the Nuclear Industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage site quality arrangements across all aspects of site activities (installation, commissioning, operations)
  • Proactively support and advise on quality management, including risks and issues
  • Effectively manage and utilize assigned quality personnel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
  • Evaluate and implement quality requirements during site induction and training
  • Establish effective communication channels with customers and suppliers
  • Implement auditing arrangements associated with site activities
Requirements:
  • This compliance and quality manager role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and best practices.
  • A competitive annual salary of £65,000 is offered for this role.
