Job Title: Supported Living Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager to join our team in High Wycombe. This is a full-time, permanent role.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience managing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, ASD, and mental health needs. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing 1 supported living service and 1 single-person service.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
  • To ensure that all staff members receive the necessary training and support to provide effective care and support.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to service provision.
Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • A relevant qualification in social care or a related field.
  • Experience working in a supported living setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,250 rising to £36,750 (after CQC registration) and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
