Home Support Manager

Job Description
As a Supported Living Manager at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited, you will be responsible for managing 1 supported living service and 1 single person service supporting adults with learning disabilities, ASD, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supported living services
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in supported living or similar settings
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary
The salary for this position is £35,250 rising to £36,750 (after CQC registration).
