About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Parcels Operative to join our team at Rendall & Rittner in Kidbrooke Village, South East London. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in managing all incoming deliveries to our thriving development, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and guests.

Job Description
  • You will be responsible for receiving, logging, tracking, storing, and delivering parcels to residents within agreed timeframes, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • As a representative of Rendall & Rittner, you will provide excellent customer service, engaging with residents and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You will contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone on the development, reporting any defects or health and safety concerns to management.
  • In this role, you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure a unified and supportive working environment, fostering strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Requirements
  • You will have high school education or equivalent, with a strong background in customer service, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, you must also possess basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
